  • Jon Schroder

    OWNER/CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Jon grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, before moving to Southern California. With a lifelong passion for sports and strength training, he played college basketball and has always found purpose in movement and performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and brings both personal experience and professional knowledge to his training approach.

    As a personal trainer, Jon is committed to helping clients move better, get stronger, and build consistent habits that support lasting health and fitness. He enjoys working with people of all backgrounds, especially those looking to regain confidence in their bodies while balancing the demands of everyday life.

    Being outdoors, staying active, spending time with family, strength training, hiking, and enjoying life to the fullest

  • Dan Melton

    OWNER/EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

    Dan Melton has a strong foundation in exercise science. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Rehabilitation Science and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Kinesiology at San Jose State University, specializing in Exercise Physiology. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and Certified Exercise Physiologist through the ACSM.

    Dan brings a wealth of experience to his work, having served as a Fitness Director, a personal trainer, and has worked as a Physical Therapist Aide. These roles have given him a unique perspective on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and training.

    Hobbies:

    Enjoys an active lifestyle filled with outdoor sports. He loves running, playing basketball, and snowboarding. At home, Dan values time with his family, often playing games and creating memories.

  • Dr. Matt Davis

    OWNER/MOVEMENT SPECIALIST

    Dr. Matt grew up in Santa Cruz County, graduating from San Lorenzo Valley High School in 2008. He endured injuries through multiple sports and underwent ankle surgery before playing football at Azusa Pacific University. Through his experience, Matt understands how an injury and surgery can impact a person's activity for the rest of their life.

    Matt graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has a passion for helping other parents who have difficulty maintaining their fitness goals due to the challenges of busy work and family lives.

    Golfing, hiking, basketball, running, yearly triathlon, gardening, playing with kids, dates with his wife
