Dr. Matt Davis will look at both angles and give an analysis of the stance and swing phase. You will get some actionable items and exercises to work on for injury prevention and performance.

Instructions: Submit the form with 10 seconds videos from two different angles.

  • Run at race speed or a fast pace that you can hold for several minutes.

  • Can be on treadmill or on the ground.

  • Try and keep your video as clear as possible.

  • Best done at the end of a long run or after a workout (fatigued state).
